Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted mung beans
- ½ lettuce head
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- ½ cucumber
- 1 red onion or 2 shallots
- 1-2 green chili peppers
- Salt to taste
- Juice from half a lemon
